A furoshiki is a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth.
It’s a square piece of fabric used to carry, wrap, and protect items—like gifts, clothes, lunch boxes, or groceries—by folding and tying it in different ways. Instead of using bags or paper, you reuse the same cloth over and over. During picnic season, it becomes both a stylish and practical accessory, unfolding into an elegant mat beneath your lunch once unwrapped.

Musubi, a renowned Japanese company specializing in traditional textiles, created this furoshiki in collaboration with Parisian designer Adeline Klam, who is known for her vivid and charming color palette. Their collaboration is featured in the "Hime musubi" series. This reversible furoshiki is decorated with cherry blossoms.

The fabric in this series may feature small black specks, as shown in the photo. These are not defects, but a natural result of the production process. The fabric is made without additional chemicals, allowing you to appreciate the authentic, rustic character of unbleached cotton.

Size of the Furoshiki: L: 50 cm. W: 50 cm, H: 0.1 cm
